I'm Ray, thank you for being here. I am a certified online health and fitness coach trained through Clean Health Fitness Institute.

If you're struggling to achieve your health and fitness goals and need someone in your corner, then you’re in the right place!

I found my passion for training and healthy eating when I was diagnosed with PCOS over 10 years ago. This was the moment I knew I had to change my lifestyle and put my internal health first. From that day I have never looked back! There is no such thing as a “healthy diet”.. but rather finding a balanced lifestyle that works for you and your health long term.

My specialty lies in empowering women to change their daily habits, which in return transforms their lifestyle, and body – inside and out! I am all about building balance, sustainability and longevity while ensuring your internal health is always number one priority. I believe in fuelling our bodies with whole foods while still allowing room for treats in moderation.

You don’t need to have it all figured out and know everything when it comes to achieving your goals. This is why getting someone to support you along the way can make the journey so much easier.

Your custom program will be accessible through the EvolvHer app, where you'll find everything you need. Access your nutrition with calorie and macro targets, custom meal plans to your preference, recipe ideas, as well as a convenient shopping list. Your personalised training plan includes custom videos from your coach, exercise review and analysis, exercise tracking such as, weight, reps, and sets to monitor progress. Conduct your weekly check-ins with photos and measurements directly via the the app, and receive constant support from your coach via in-app messaging. You can also track habits and monitor all your health data like steps and activity.

  • We offer a free consultation if you are unsure of what program is best and have further questions before committing. Enter your details below and we will organise your initial consultation.

  • All fitness levels are welcome to join any of the programs. Programming is customised to your fitness level and experience.

  • All our programs are a minimum of 12 weeks. 12 weeks allows us enough time to to see results and make adjustments over the period. If you want to try out a program shorter than 12 weeks you can opt for our once off nutrition plan before committing to the 12 week programs.

  • If you want to cancel before the 12-week period is completed, payment for the remaining weeks is required upfront.

  • After the 12 weeks you can stay on your plan and your coaching subscription will just rollover. You can cancel at anytime after the 12 weeks.

  • All clients calories are calculated manually. We find each individual's maintenance calories and we manipulate their calories and macros based on their specific goal.

  • Yes! All programs are created custom to your needs. If you train at home your program will be customised to cater for you.
